Objective:

The Client aimed to create a memorable and engaging experience for event attendees that would visually represent the power of collective effort. They wanted to demonstrate how individual contributions, no matter how small, could come together to form something significant and impactful. The core message revolved around the idea that individual actions contribute to a greater whole.

NXT Interactive conceptualized and developed a bespoke digital mosaic application designed to capture individual participation and culminate in a grand, visually compelling display. The application incorporated several key features to achieve the Client's objectives:

Key Features:

QR Code Access
Attendees scanned a unique QR code to access the digital mosaic via their phone’s browser, ensuring quick and frictionless participation across both iOS and Android.
Image Submission
Users could snap a photo or upload one from their gallery, creating a sense of personal presence within the mosaic.
Digital Pledge + Animated Heart System
After uploading their image, users made a digital pledge — reinforcing the event’s theme. Each pledge triggered five animated hearts to appear beside their photo, symbolizing their commitment.
Real-Time Admin Controls
Event organizers were given a secure dashboard to view submissions and trigger the live generation of the mosaic with a “heart” activation button.
Live Mosaic Transformation
Once initiated, individual photos dynamically transformed into a stunning mosaic that revealed a larger pre-set image — visually showcasing the power of unity.
Live Progress Updates
Participants could view real-time updates on submissions and see the mosaic evolve, encouraging others to join in.
Custom Branding
The interface was fully customized with the client’s branding, including logos, colors, and fonts — delivering a polished, on-brand experience.
